Job Description - Develop business opportunities in Indonesia related to Liquefied Natural Gas/Low-Carbon Fuel (LNG/LCF) value-chain and renewable energy - Conduct research to identify new markets and potential partner needs - Arrange business meetings with prospective partners - Promote the company's business addressing or predicting partners' objectives - Prepare NDA, MOU, and Joint Development Agreement ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines, as necessary - Build long-term relationships with potential partners - Provide and present honest and factual reporting to management - Other tasks as assigned - Mengembangkan peluang bisnis di Indonesia yang terkait dengan rantai nilai Gas Alam Cair/Bahan Bakar Rendah Karbon (LNG/LCF) dan energi terbarukan - Melakukan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi pasar baru dan kebutuhan mitra potensial - Mengatur pertemuan bisnis dengan calon mitra - Mempromosikan bisnis perusahaan yang membahas atau memprediksi tujuan mitra - Mempersiapkan NDA, MOU, dan Perjanjian Pengembangan Bersama untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan dan pedoman yang ditetapkan oleh hukum, jika diperlukan - Membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan mitra potensial - Memberikan dan menyajikan laporan yang jujur dan faktual kepada manajemen - Tugas-tugas lain yang ditugaskanJob Requirement - Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Investment Manager, or relevant roles (Assistant manager candidate also can try) - Proven M&A (Merger & Acquisition) transaction record/project development for the electrical power sector/IPP (Individual Power Producer) or oil & gas infrastructure project - Experience in project finance (mandatory) - Proficiency in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Business level of English - Has comprehensive knowledge of the market - Knowledgeable in contract review - Skilled in business communication and negotiation - Skilled in rapport building - Has good time management and planning - Wise, has high integrity, and holds on dignity and honesty - Pengalaman kerja yang terbukti sebagai Manajer Pengembangan Bisnis, Manajer Investasi, atau peran yang relevan (kandidat asisten manajer juga dapat mencoba) - Terbukti memiliki catatan transaksi M&A (Merger & Akuisisi) / pengembangan proyek untuk sektor tenaga listrik / IPP (Produsen Listrik Perorangan) atau proyek infrastruktur minyak & gas - Berpengalaman di bidang keuangan proyek (wajib) - Kemahiran dalam Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Bahasa Inggris tingkat bisnis - Memiliki pengetahuan yang komprehensif tentang pasar - Berpengetahuan luas dalam tinjauan kontrak - Terampil dalam komunikasi dan negosiasi bisnis - Terampil dalam membangun hubungan baik - Memiliki manajemen waktu dan perencanaan yang baik - Bijaksana, memiliki integritas yang tinggi, dan menjunjung tinggi martabat dan kejujuran
