We are looking for a results-driven Middle Mile & Line Haul Associate to join our Operations Excellence team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and driving operational improvements in our middle mile and line haul logistics processes. Your focus will be on optimizing cost and lead time while ensuring service reliability across the network.Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze current middle mile and line haul operations to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies and lead time optimizations.
- Work closely with planning, ground operations, and vendor partners to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Support the rollout of process changes and track their impact on performance metrics.
- Monitor and report on key KPIs to support data-driven decision making.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve end-to-end logistics efficiency.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in logistics or transportation; express logistics experience is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of middle mile or line haul operations and their role in the logistics value chain.
- Proficient in Excel, with experience using logistics tools or data dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
