A Head of SDET will be responsible for:

Drive quality and Test Automation culture for the company
Lead, influence and encourage, not limited to direct SDET team member, but as well as other team members from different functions.
Generate data-driven decisions
Generate roadmap and plans to transform SDET practices
Define and Measure the quality of the SDET team

Spearhead in software testing transformation|Grow and upskill SDET teamA sucessful candidate will be have:

Experience in agile project management methodology, including but not limited to Scrum, Kanban, etc. May also know Waterfall methodology.
Experience in running continuous testing for client-side platforms, such as Web (including Mobile Web), Android and iOS. Have experience in backend-side and/or end to end testing platform is a plus.
People-centric, believe that team development and team dynamics is important in delivering a great product.
Passionate and Result-driven. Proud of his/her work yet humble. Can envision the team's objective and walks the talk.
Experience in Information and Technology field for at least 7 years. Preferably if has experience in Startup and/or Financial Technology industry.
