- Applying a sales strategy approach to customers to maintain and increase the number of Hospital corporate accounts (potential and existing on a local scale)
- Providing information on the latest Hospital products and facilities to potential Hospital insurance accounts.
- Hunting for new corporate accounts to contribute to the growth of new business revenue.
- Maintaining and enhancing good cooperation with Hospital insurance accounts to maintain partner company satisfaction in accordance with established agreement terms and regularly visiting them.
- Collecting data related to monthly revenue from corporate accounts as a reference for evaluation and analysis.
- Responsible for ensuring that business information from the HO Sales Team is communicated and coordinated with internal stakeholders to implement/deliver services according to partner company agreements.
- Maintaining, upselling, and cross-selling existing business to expand revenue as a contribution to sales achievement.
- Bachelor/Master Degree from Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration,
- Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration,
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a relevant discipline with a strong Sales background (B2B sales background).
- Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and account management to effectively manage client relationships and achieve sales goals.
- Ability to analyze data and trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Experience building networks and experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
