As a Personal Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Efficiently managing calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for CEO
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Handling confidential correspondence and ensuring information is securely managed.
  • Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
  • Organising and maintaining files, records, and office systems.
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination for corporate functions.
  • Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Handling ad hoc matters.

  • A strong background in administrative support, preferably within a corporate setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain discretion with sensitive information.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient, pleasant personality with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
  • Fluency in English.
