- Efficiently managing calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for CEO
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Handling confidential correspondence and ensuring information is securely managed.
- Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
- Organising and maintaining files, records, and office systems.
- Assisting with event planning and coordination for corporate functions.
- Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handling ad hoc matters.
- A strong background in administrative support, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain discretion with sensitive information.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient, pleasant personality with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
- Fluency in English.
