- Act as the key point of contact for HR related matters
- Own and manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding, ensuring a consistent and compliant experience across all touchpoints. This includes contract preparation, induction, probation reviews, performance support, and exit processes.
- Support the APAC Talent Acquisition Specialist in local recruitment processes for technical and support roles
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to build a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations matters, resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Payroll processing and benefits administration in compliance with local regulations and company policies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Serve as the company’s liaison with government bodies such as the Ministry of Manpower, BPJS and immigration.
- Support the development and localisation of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with Indonesian labour laws and internal governance standards.
- Provide regular HR metrics and insights to support business decisions.
- Maintain integrity of employee data, within our systems, ensuring confidentiality
- Manage the HR administrative requirements for international recruitment, visa applications and relocation.
- Monitor and action monthly activities based on significant employee dates.
- Coordinate the annual performance and salary review process.
- Build strong working relationships across all levels of the business.
- Perform any additional tasks as directed, which are within your skill, qualification and competence level.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably within mining, technology, or industrial sectors.
- Prior experience working in business leading change management and establishing HR functions in region
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English, written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across regional teams.
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
