- Assist in surgical procedures by preparing and maintaining the sterile field.
- Hand instruments and supplies to surgeons during surgery.
- Monitor and manage the surgical environment for infection control.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth operation.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinic setting
- Preferably 10 years of nursing experience in relevant departments
- Proficient in English language (written and spoken)
- Nursing Diploma from an accredited university
- Valid license to practice nursing
- Certifications in BLS or equivalent
- Proficiency in surgical scrubbing, gowning, and gloving procedures to maintain a sterile field during surgeries.
- Familiarity with different surgical instruments and their uses is essential for a scrub nurse.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Contract duration: 5+ years
- Paid leave, accommodation, and per diem provided
