- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies into overall business strategies.
- Develop and communicate unique selling propositions for the company's medical device products.
- Collaborate with Product Development teams to ensure effective product launches.
- Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, to reach target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in pharmaceutical (ethical) or medical device.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and medical device regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
