Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 8-15 years' experience for the job of Marketing Manager. The job is based in Bintaro.Key job responsibilities include:

Conduct market research to identify opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
Analyze competitors and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies into overall business strategies.
Develop and communicate unique selling propositions for the company's medical device products.
Collaborate with Product Development teams to ensure effective product launches.
Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, to reach target audiences.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in pharmaceutical (ethical) or medical device.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and medical device regulations and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
