Job Description - Investigate the client company's strengths and weaknesses. - Analyze client's Business Strategy (including M&A Scheme), HR Strategy and System, Governance System, Risk-management system, Restructuring Strategy, etc. - Draft the presentation material or report. - Collaboration with business partners such as Law firms, Accounting Firms, HR agents, other research firms, etc - Another task as assignedJob Requirement - Possess a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (Indonesia/Overseas) in Law or Finance related major with GPA Min.3.60 - Having professional work experience as a Consultant (Financial/Law Consulting) for 2 years. - Business Level in English - Good skill in using Windows and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) for daily communications, and accomplishing assigned tasks. - Leadership skills and a problem solver. - Positive, proactive, and committed to the schedule for the assigned task. - Have excellent communication skills and good teamwork. - Neat, quick-witted and meticulous - Able to work under pressure
