Job Title: Social Media Marketing and Kajabi AdministratorJob Description:We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketing and Kajabi Administrator. This role involves managing our social media presence across various platforms and overseeing the administration of our Kajabi platform to optimize our online course offerings and digital product sales.Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday; 10:00 am - 6:00 pm ESTResponsibilities:
Main Tasks: Social media management, Kajabi management, email campaigns, data Entry, etc. * Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content using Canva for social media and website posts, including images, videos, and blog articles, to drive audience engagement and growth. Creating and posting story graphics for special promotions and events.
  • Manage products on Kajabi (mainly courses), create offers, create email campaigns (will provide basic text to use), create funnels and webpages with the provided text, and do some strategizing and input.
  • Serve as the primary administrator of our Kajabi platform, including managing course content, membership sites, and digital product listings, and ensuring a seamless user experience for our customers.
  • Implement best practices for course creation, including organizing content into modules and lessons, designing course layouts, and optimizing multimedia elements for maximum impact.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and conversations relevant to our brand, and engage with the audience in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create multimedia content for social media campaigns, including graphics, videos, and webinars, to promote our online courses and digital products.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, as well as new features and updates to the Kajabi platform, and incorporate them into our strategy to drive results.
Requirements: * Proven experience in social media marketing/management and content creation, with a strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics.
  • Experience with Kajabi course platforms, including course creation, administration, offers creation, email campaigns, funnel creation, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and communicate effectively with team members and customers.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing and content strategies.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with graphic design, video editing, or other multimedia tools is a plus.
