Create the content our audience is looking for and then to optimize the path to conversation. Optimize digital content marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through content and social media channel.Monitoring content marketing results obtained by calculating a conversion rate, comments, reader engagement, and visits to our website.Managing social media marketing campaigns and integration of content program with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in digital communications, marketing, business administration5 years proven experience in managing social media program in a large complex companyDeep understanding of digital enviroment, espertise in running social media campaign, ability to identify customer need and able to convince stakeholders on current customer need of digitalizationHas knowledge regarding UI/UX customer experience on digital journeyAllianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
