Description:- Demonstrate passion about food and ingredients in every moment.- Assist that outlet is running efficiently according to the established concept statements and adhere to Company and Hotel Policies and Procedures.- Assist in high quality service and food production standards in outlet and events.- Follow the guidelines for plating presentations.- Ensures that all the process maintains the standards of HACCO and ISO2200.- Ensures only fresh products are used in Food and Beverage preparation.- Implement food safety programs and procedures.- Always practice safety in handling food.- Performing personal and environmental hygiene in food and beverage businessQualifications:
  • Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management
  • Experience in Teppanyaki
  • Has minimum 1 (one) year experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain
  • Previous experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
  • Basic English communication skills and strong guest service mindset
