- To manage partnership with Third Party in Non-Financial Institution area for Personal Segment. The person will be responsible in sourcing and acquiring new strategic partners, in charge for the whole onboarding process, and maintain day-to-day relationship with the Partners.
- To ensure that the Partnerships can be onboarded according to the scheduled timeline and achieve the expected ENR as per bank’s yearly corporate plan / outlook.
- Manage the completion of Partnership Framework.
- Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
- Ability to interpret the Group's Partnership Framework, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures.
- Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the Group's arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in the business and, if necessary, oversee changes in these areas
