As a Performance Marketing at SEVEN Retail Group, you will lead data-driven marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness. You will develop and execute strategic initiatives across various channels, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI).Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid channels to drive user acquisition across multiple channels, including but not limited to Meta, Google (SEM, Discovery, Display), Youtube, LinkedIn and TikTok as well as SEO.
  • Conduct regular analysis to identify room for improvement and make a data driven recommendations to improve performance.
  • Provide regular reporting (weekly and monthly), including channel performance review, data insights, and action plan.
  • Continuously conduct an A/B test experiment to optimize campaign.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Marketing) to deliver high performing campaign.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in performance marketing.
  • Skilled in using marketing tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to create strategy and draw insights from data.
