- Develop, execute, and optimize paid channels to drive user acquisition across multiple channels, including but not limited to Meta, Google (SEM, Discovery, Display), Youtube, LinkedIn and TikTok as well as SEO.
- Conduct regular analysis to identify room for improvement and make a data driven recommendations to improve performance.
- Provide regular reporting (weekly and monthly), including channel performance review, data insights, and action plan.
- Continuously conduct an A/B test experiment to optimize campaign.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Marketing) to deliver high performing campaign.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in performance marketing.
- Skilled in using marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to create strategy and draw insights from data.
