Currently, INDICO is expanding its business in Agritech and Agribusiness named Telkomsel DFE (INDICO believe we can reach beyond to empower Indonesians and enable businesses through our strong core values of EPIC WAY (Excellence, Positivity, Impactful Collaboration, Customer First, Walk the Talk, Accountability, Yes-if Mindset).We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Agribusiness Operation Support to join our team. The Agribusiness Operation Support will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our agribusiness activities. This position will work closely with the operations team and provide support in various operational aspects related to agribusiness.What will you do but not limited to:

Lead and inspire a team of farm workers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Explore and implement cutting-edge technologies and practices to optimize poultry production and harvest yields.

Experiment with new methods and techniques to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower operating costs.

Utilize data analytics and monitoring systems to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.

Collaborate with vendors and research partners to identify and implement innovative solutions.

Oversee the collection and analysis of farming-related data, using insights to drive operational improvements.

Manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, invoicing, and procurement, with a focus on cost-effectiveness and sustainability.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, with a commitment to animal welfare and environmental stewardship.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience with at least 5 years of experience in poultry farming operations, with a track record of implementing innovative solutions.

Passion for technology and a desire to explore and experiment with new ideas.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Knowledge of best practices in poultry farming and a commitment to sustainability.

Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
