Job Description - Support the Projects Team in managing construction budgets to control costs - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely, on-budget project completion - Prepare and administer contracts, negotiate terms, monitor progress, and ensure compliance - Control costs by managing scope changes and exploring cost-saving alternatives - Support change orders through claim validation, quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and data management - Identify and manage risks, ensuring health and safety compliance - Perform quantity take-offs for tenders and projects - Handle progress claims, payments, and account finalization - Attend tender interviews, site visits, and liaise with consultants and contractors on payment and variation certifications - Source quotations from specialists, suppliers, and subcontractors - Input cost data into procurement systems - Assist Sales with contract handover (DLP and maintenance) to Operations - Source and manage vendors, including pre-qualification and ISO registration - Maintain and update vendor databases - Manage relationships with internal and external partners for transparent, efficient processes - Promote the use of technology in procurement and cost management - Contribute to ongoing process and records review to enhance effectiveness - Perform other related duties as assignedJob Requirement - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, Civil) or related field - High conversational English or above (required to report to expatriate manager) - Min. 2 years experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor (Supervisor level) in MEP Construction - Strong understanding of MEP construction with the ability to read MEP drawings - Experience in pre-tender and post-contract administration, including cost budgeting and vendor management
