It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.Job DescriptionJob Objective:The BE Collector's primary objective is to manage and resolve Non-Performing Loan (NPL) accounts that have been transitioned from FE Collectors. The main focus will be on effectively handling these accounts to achieve resolution and recovery. This role requires a strategic approach to collections, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to achieving timely and effective resolutions. The BE Collector will work closely with other departments to ensure comprehensive account management and recovery strategies.Responsibilities:1Perform collection and recovery activities for assigned portfolios.2Assess reasons for non-payment and propose solutions.3Negotiate repayment and settlement arrangements with borrowers.4Propose Reschedule and Restructure (R&R) plans for Non-Performing Loan (NPL) debtors based on financial analytics, business conditions, collateral conditions, and compliance, for authorization according to CDL.5Follow up on recovery actions with lawyers and provide feedback.6Prepare and submit government guarantee termination memos/action plans (where applicable) with regards to their BE customers.7Prepare documents for legal processes (ie Letter of Demand, Statutory Demand, Bankruptcy Petitions)8Review AML/KYC for alert accounts.9Liaise with lawyers and coordinate site visits.10Adjust cash flow and liquidation periods in the NPL system with maker/checker (BBS plans to include in new KRCSA).11Support mortgage and/or other collateral repossession and sales.12Provide feedback to the Team Leader on suspicious transactions.13Manage customer disputes/feedback professionally and timely.Unique to BBS:1Respond to dividend claims. Identify if the dividend belongs to BB accounts handled by CM and instruct Admin to pass the necessary entry.
