- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through market analysis and prospecting
- Apply a consultative selling approach to determine your client's needs and customize your pitch and proposals
- Advise clients on using Lamudi's property marketing solutions to improve their projects
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts to maximize revenue
- Build strong relationships across client organizations, from staff to senior management (owner/C-level)
- Provide insights and data to help clients achieve their marketing goals
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and analyses to guide account performance
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Can-do attitude: Sees solutions and is able to act upon them.
- You are an owner: you take responsibility to potentially see opportunities to grow the business.
- Relationship Building & Negotiation skills: Developing social connections to sustain the account and get the deal that are beneficial for both parties.
- Excellent Pitching Skills: Someone who can impress every client with a structured and personalized story to convince the account to use our products/ services.
- A bachelor's degree from a reputable Indonesian university or foreign university
- 5-6 years of work experience in business development, account management, consulting, project management, or equivalent role
- Have the willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to work under pressure and with a target
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills (English proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including C-Suit
- Demonstrated ability to work in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments
- Detail-oriented with the ability to develop activities based upon proactive analysis of client needs
- Effective problem-solving and collaborations are crucial for the position
- Ability to travel domestically
- Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing is a plus
