- Managing relationships with external e-commerce partners and suppliers.
- Ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained across all digital platforms.
- Driving and staying abreast of trends and innovation in e-commerce channel to stay ahead in the competitive retail market.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business goals.
- Overseeing the design, development, and optimization of websites and mobile platforms.
- Ensuring compliance with digital data privacy and security standards.
- Defining and owning the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the company's e-commerce platforms.
- Lead a cross-functional team of developers, product managers, UX/UI designers, and analysts to deliver high-impact digital products.
- Driving customer-centric product development using data, feedback, and usability research.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field from reputable university.
- Proven leadership experience in an e-commerce role either within marketplace, or within the e-commerce business in a conventional company.
- Experience in omni-channels will be highly valuable.
- Excellent knowledge of e-commerce best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- A forward-thinking mindset and a passion for innovation.
- At least 20+ years of working experience, in which at least 8 years is within relevant role (digital / product management / commercial / e-commerce).
- Ability to be hands-on, and manoeuvre in an agile environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce ecosystems, including catalogue management, checkout flows, personalization, and conversion optimization.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience building and mentoring high-performing product teams.
