Program Director - Impact Fund - Jakarta Based

• Oversee the implementation of the the programs aimed at empowering impact-driven enterprises, while facilitating the mobilization of impact capital within Indonesia.
• Ensure the successful achievement of program goals, deliverables, and impact targets by collaborating closely with both internal teams and external partners.
• Provide strategic oversight across pipeline development, enterprise support, stakeholder engagement, and program reporting.
• Track and report on program performance using robust impact measurement frameworks and ensuring alignment with donor requirements the firm's standards.
• Identifying and prioritize target sectors, regions, and partners based on fund objectives.
• Managing program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Developing and implementing a strategic plan to scale the impact investment efforts in Indonesia.
• Building and developing partnerships with key stakeholders, including investors, government bodies, financial institutions, and ecosystem actors, to deepen the local footprint.
• Representing the organisation in high-level platforms, stakeholder engagements, and policy dialogues focused on sustainable finance.
• Leading business development initiatives to generate revenue through advisory services, or other assistance programs.
• Cultivating the relationships with both regional and global investors to channel capital into high-impact enterprises.
• Supporting enterprises in enhancing their investment readiness and access to funding opportunities.
• Designing and executing a business development strategy aimed at establishing sustainable revenue streams to support the firm's long-term impact in Indonesia.

• A strong background in sustainability in program development, ideally with impact-fund firms.
• At least 15+ years experience in impact investing, development finance, private sector development, or relate fields.
• Proven expertise in programme development and stakeholder management.
• Deep knowledge of Indonesia's investment ecosystem, regulatory framework, and sustainable finance landscape.
• Demonstrated success in business development, revenue generation, and strategic stakeholder engagement.
• Established track record in securing advisory engagements, driving investments, and building high-impact partnerships.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and lead teams.
• A results-driven approach with a focus on delivering impactful solutions.
• Strong command in English and Bahasa, and the ability to work in a lean organisation.
