Job Responsibilities
- Research and analyze user requirements, translating them into clear product needs and prioritizing effectively - Lead and support MES system optimization post-implementation, including collecting feedback, proposing improvements, and enhancing operational efficiency and user experience - Organize demand and solution review sessions to ensure team alignment and successful solution delivery - Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including R&D, testing, and operations-to coordinate MES system activities - Drive and monitor the effective operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the MES system - Other responsibilities as neededJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Bachelor's degree in Computer Science ・Business English proficiency (able to communicate effectively with foreigners regarding technical matters) ・Min. 6 years as MES Engineer in manufacture, experienced in maintaining, troubleshooting, and developing system ・Willing to work in East Java ・Good analytical and problem solving skill, good communication skill, initiative, and good work ethics
