- Answer and direct incoming calls and assist with guest inquiries
- Book and modify reservations
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions
- Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidential information is protected
- Indonesian Citizen only
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Fluent in Korean, Mandarin, Japanese or other languages is an advantage
- Diploma in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirabl
