As a CFO, your main responsibilities will include:

Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support the organisation's goals.
Ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
Providing strategic financial advice to the executive team to guide decision-making.
Managing financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Developing and implementing cost control measures to improve efficiency.
Leading and mentoring the finance team to enhance overall performance.
Collaborating with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Identifying risks and opportunities to safeguard the organisation's financial health.

Proven track record (10+ years) in senior finance leadership roles, preferably with experience in fintech, digital banking, or tech-driven financial services.
CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
Strong understanding of corporate finance, capital raising, financial modeling, and financial regulations in Indonesia.
Experience working in ERP impementation is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment.
