Employment Type : Full-TimeJob Summary :We are looking for an experienced HRGA professional to manage and oversee human resources and general affairs functions at the supervisor level. The role covers HR operations, employee services, compliance, and office administration. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with solid experience in both HR and GA areas.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, attendance, payroll administration, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Administer employee services such as leave, benefits, contracts, and disciplinary processes.
- Oversee general affairs matters including office facilities, asset management, building maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor law, BPJS, and company policies.
- Support employee engagement programs and organizational development initiatives.
- Prepare HRGA reports and documentation for management.
- Lead and coordinate HRGA to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR & GA, with exposure to supervisory-level responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, HR processes, and general administration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and preferably HRIS.
- High integrity, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to be assigned at the company’s head office or project sites.
