An IT Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for:

Designs/implements IT Infra architecture and purchases IT Hardware & Software, and resources if required
Manages/operates all IT Infra, network, call center, and equipment (ex. cloud and on-premise system, OS and configuration, backup, IT infra-related policies, etc.)
Manages/operates and supports the setup for user access and integration
Monitors all systems and resolves issues/problems/incidents and escalates them to the vendor if required
Assesses/analyzes IT Infra system and optimizes all resources
Establishes a service request process for IT infra by utilizing ITSM software (ex. Jira)
Contract-signing with vendors for IT infra service, operation, etc., and managing vendors

Set up & maintain global-scale local office IT practices|Spearhead system integration initiativesA successful candidate will have:

Enterprise-wide knowledge/experience in IT Infra and technology like network, hardware
Skilled at infrastructure technology(AWS, Cisco, Palo Alto, Cisco VPN, etc)
Adapt with security (Global protection)
Experience in not only on-premise but also cloud environments.
Understanding of application and security.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Taking initiative and working well within a team environment.
