Our client is an Indonesian company in the retail industry, specializing in surfing, skating and streetwear apparel for both men and women. As the largest surf, skate, and streetwear retail brand in Indonesia, they provide everyone's fashion needs by offering the latest and best brands and products, sourced locally as well as internationally.Job Responsibilities:
- Execute detailed manual tests to ensure the software's functionality, usability, reliability, and performance.
- Identify, record, and document thoroughly all bugs and inconsistencies in the software.
- Collaborate with the software development team to understand product design and requirements.
- Participate in the development and review of test plans, test cases, and testing strategies.
- Provide feedback on software usability and functionality to improve user experience.
- Assist in the prioritisation of test activities and the management of test environments.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce bugs and verify fixes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and trends.
- Occasionally assist in basic development tasks or automation testing efforts, leveraging knowledge of programming languages and development frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Maximum of 2 years experience in manual software testing.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, etc.).
- Proficiency in test management software and QA methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
