- Experience conducting performance reviews and implementing improvement plans.
- Success in developing/executing sales strategies that boost enrollment.
- Ability to mentor sales teams (e.g., Student Advisors) to achieve KPIs & high conversion rates.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Experience designing customer-focused processes (e.g., parent/student journey).
- Skills in engaging stakeholders (e.g., parents) to drive retention programs.
- Ability to align center performance with company goals + deliver detailed reports.
- Experience contributing to regional growth planning (market analysis, resource scaling).
- Multi-site operational leadership, having KPI-driven coaching, Sales pipeline optimization, Data-driven decision-making, and Conflict resolution.
