Seller Performance Project - Business Development

• Track seller performance and analyze data to identify growth opportunities, challenges, and ways to improve seller tools and support
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, risk, comms, and seller edu teams to design and execute seller performance improvement initiatives
• Help plan budgets, define milestones, and conduct impact analysis for seller performance improvement initiatives; monitor KPIs to ensure successful implementation
• Contribute to the enhancement of the Business AI Assistant tool by simulating seller queries, evaluating answer quality, and identifying content gaps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure bot responses are natural, effective, and reflective of how real RMs interact with sellers.
• Enhance the Business AI Assistant tool by reviewing response quality to seller queries
• Run monthly Mass Managed seller satisfaction surveys. Analyze seller feedback, identify key pain points or service gaps, and coordinate follow-ups with relevant teams to drive resolution.

• Minimum Bachelor Degree with 2+ years of experience in fast-paced industry, preferably Tech, Management Consulting, or strategy role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable with analyzing large scale data sets to surface insights
• High ownership - highly self-driven, proactive in finding growth opportunities, and committed to finding effective solutions to problems.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
