- Responsible for day-to-day operations, such as : running restaurant services, supervised outlet team, and doing administration things (DSR, Inventory report, attendance report etc)
- Oversee the execution of the work schedule and procedure as set by the Restaurant Manager
- Completing overtime sheets for the department
- Assist in training
- Performing and managing other duties as assigned
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar role of a casual dining environment.
- Key Knowledge of restaurant services within 7 days operations
- Previous experience managing people and compliance and ensuing decisions are made following the practice.
- Relevant professional qualifications relating to food services
- Max 38 years old
