Manage and coordinate construction activities on the project
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
Monitor and report project progress, identifying any potential issues or delays
Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
Review and approve contractor submittals, including drawings, material specifications, and method statements
Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management
Proven track record in managing and coordinating construction projects
Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles
Experience in working on large-scale construction projects
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
