Monitor and ensure compliance with regulations applicable to cryptocurrencies and digital assets.
Conduct thorough reviews of new products and services to ensure they align with crypto regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures related to cryptocurrencies.
Identify and report any compliance issues related to crypto transactions and activities.
Stay informed on the latest developments in cryptocurrency regulations and interpret their implications for the business.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance within the financial or cryptocurrency industry.
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency regulations and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
