She / He has to drive the commercial aspects of the business, with sales and marketing of the company's services using ISO Tank Containers as a mode of transport and packaging. You will be the face of the company, representing Den Hartogh Logistics on your customer visits, and making presentations where needed.Duties & Responsibilities· Identify and approach potential customers for ISO tank logistics services· Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business· Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations· Negotiate rates and contract terms in line with company pricing policies· Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs· Coordinate with operations, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery· Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitors, and trends· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM systems· Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to Commercial Manager of Indonesia· Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any service issues in a timely manner· Willingness to travel for customer visits and industry eventsJob requirementsJob Skills & Qualifications· Excellent negotiation and communication skills· Customer-focused with strong relationship-building ability· Ability to work independently and as part of a team· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems· Proficiency in English (spoken and written)On-site
