- Lead and motivate a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics and trends.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed about industry developments.
- 3-5 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in telesales or telephone-based sales roles, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Experience in training, coaching, and mentoring sales staff to improve performance and achieve targets.
- Ability to identify sales challenges and develop effective solutions to overcome them.
- Proficiency in multitasking and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize team performance.
