Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate about import process - Ensure that all documents are completed as standard such as and not limited to invoices, packing list, bills of landing, PEB, PIB etc. - Coordinate with internal team, customs, shipping companies and other relevant parties - Provide clear information and solutions when communicating with customers - Track delivery and provide reports to customers and management - Other responsibilities as neededJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Fresh Graduates are welcome ・Min. Bachelor's Degree ・High Conversational Mandarin and Conversational English proficiency ・Familiar and interested with logistics process ・Good communication, meticulous, proactive, smart, adaptive and eager to learn
Preferable Skill / Experience
・1 year of working experience related to logistics, import or customs
