Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of talented Java developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to foster their professional growth.
Architectural Design: Drive the design and implementation of microservices and complex backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
Hands-On Development: Write high-quality, efficient, and well-tested code for new features and system enhancements.
Problem-Solving: Act as a subject matter expert for the team, tackling complex technical challenges and providing solutions for performance, scalability, and security.
Collaboration: Partner with product managers, DevOps engineers, and other tech leads to define project scope, technical requirements, and delivery timelines.
Best Practices: Champion best practices in software development, including clean code, testing strategies, CI/CD, and architectural patterns.

Experience: [e.g., 7+ years] of professional software development experience, with at least [e.g., 2 years] in a team lead or senior-level roleHas experience in Financial Company (Banking, Insurance, Multifinance)Java & Spring Boot: Deep expertise in Java and a proven track record of designing and building applications with Spring Boot.Microservices & APIs: Strong experience with microservices architecture and developing and consuming RESTful APIs.Databases: Extensive experience with both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.Mid-Senior Level / Manager IT and Software Information Technology / IT 1 opening Completed associate's degreePT.
