Key Responsibilities:Data Management & Analysis:
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Build and maintain sales dashboards and routine reports.
- Perform data analysis using SWOT, Fishbone, and other methodologies.
- Identify trends, patterns, and business insights.Reporting & Visualization:
- Prepare weekly/monthly analytical reports for management.
- Create clear, compelling data visualizations (charts, graphs, etc.).
- Ensure 100% accuracy and on-time delivery of reports.Database & Administration:
- Maintain and update company databases.
- Organize and manage structured data storage.Collaboration & Strategy:
- Partner with sales/marketing teams to support data needs.
- Provide data-backed business recommendations.
- Support executive decision-making processes.Hard Skills:

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivots, etc.).
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Basic SQL (preferred).
Strong analytical techniques (SWOT, RCA, trend analysis).
Data visualization & dashboard creation.

Soft Skills:

Analytical & detail-oriented mindset.
Strong communication to present insights clearly.
Excellent time management (handling multiple deadlines).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
2+ years as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst (retail/sales experience a plus).
Data Analyst certification (nice-to-have).
Portfolio of past dashboards/reports (share if available).
