Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cost Engineer to join our team. As a Cost Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and controlling project costs for our clients in various industries such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure, and Manufacturing. You will be responsible for analyzing project costs, developing cost estimates, and monitoring expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget.If selected, the job location would be Saudi Arabia.Responsibilities:

Analyze project requirements and develop accurate cost estimates.
Create and maintain project budgets, including tracking and reporting on cost variances.
Monitor project costs and identify potential cost-saving measures.
Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure cost-effective project execution.
Review and validate contractor/subcontractor invoices and change orders.
Prepare cost reports and presentations for management and client review.
Assist in contract negotiations and ensure compliance with contract terms.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Cost Engineer or similar role.
Strong understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and cost control principles.
Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively communicate complex cost information to stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Experience in the Oil & Gas or Energy industry is a plus.
