Financial Operations Controller

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (CPA, CA, or MBA is highly preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial and operational roles, ideally with exposure to a multinational or Big Four environment
• Strong command of financial principles, reporting standards, and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated ability to build financial models, lead budgeting cycles, and present insights to senior leadership
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively across functions and seniority level

• Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS and corporate standards
• Design and manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling
• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate trends, identify risks/opportunities, and recommend improvements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Production, R&D, etc.) to support cost optimization and operational efficiency
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliation and consolidation
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support healthy financial operations

• Ensure robust internal control frameworks are in place to mitigate financial and operational risks
• Oversee compliance with tax, customs, and corporate regulations as well as audit requirements
• Partner with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed

• Lead and develop a team of finance and operational professionals to deliver excellence and continuous improvement
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results-driven performance
