About the job Corporate Talent Acquisition InternRequirements:
  • Final year student or recent graduate from Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Able to commit to a full-time hybrid internship of at least 3 months (starting at the end of August or early September)
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources
  • Good technical skills in Google Workspace, e.g., Spreadsheet, Gdocs, etc.
  • Confident in written and spoken English
  • Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and a team player
Job Descriptions: * Responsible for handling all administrative tasks related to new joiners at the Corporate Office.
  • Assist with administrative processes for recruitment, transfer, and internal movement for HOD-level positions at Harper, NEO, and Quest hotel brands.
  • Support the preparation and follow-ups of recruitment reports at both the corporate and unit levels.
  • Help manage and utilize various recruitment channels to source potential candidates for both corporate and hotel units
  • Schedule and coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for newly hired HR Leaders.
