Job Responsibilities

Drive achievement for New Recruit and Active Agents
Drive activation for new business to support overall company sales objectives
Recruitment pipeline monitoring
Business Opportunity Presentation, Career Expo, Hiring advertising preparation
Daily engagement with agency leader dan active recruiter to initiate recruitment & activation activity, follow up recruitment pipeline, administative things and projects related with recruitment & activation.
end to end Training preparation
Involved in recruitment workshop
