Job Description:Ayana Hospitality is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join our Finance Team at Delonix Hotel Karawang. The person will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments in accordance with approved policies and procedures. Additionally, the role requires diligent completion and precise posting of all relevant financial records.Requirements:

Educational and Professional Qualification : Undergraduate (S1) majoring in Accounting
Minimum One Years of Experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and billing processes
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Excel or other financial software

Responsibilities:

Process payment and ensure the completeness of the supporting documents, check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry
Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records payment transaction in accordance with policies and procedures
Participate in internal, external, and regulatory audit processes and ensure compliance with SOPs
