We believe in the value of empowering Regional Trainer with the resources to solve critical problems for the future of our business, which is why we need you.Manulife Indonesia Bancassurance Regional Trainer will be responsible to have specific dedicated Bank Staff Trainers to improve Bank Staff capability and build strong sales behaviors to improve sales productivity.Responsibilities
  • Deliver Good Training
1. Ensuring the good delivery of every training and development sessions scheduled and delivered that meet DBS and Danamon Criteria, meeting all expected Basic Hygiene training standard2. Deliver Roadmap Training, for DBS and Bank Danamon’s trainings, including the required Regional Training3. Ensure the participants of class are learning from the class in the expected level through ensuring they are passing the knowledge and skills validations of each sessions.4. Work closely with the Unit Head to align materials delivered with the skills needed by the channel5. Summit all post training reporting materials (attendance, Feedback, Post-Training and/or Skills Validation Result) to the L&D Reporting teams * Material Development1. Develop material, as needed to support Regional Sales Development on both DBS and Danamon2. Review, reutilise, and update training programs in partnership with Material Development Unit for compliance with the established standard * Day to Day Operations1. Have a regular cadence with respective assigned Sales Leaders and Unit Head to plan action items that can be delivered to respond to challenges faced by Sales Team * Personal Development1. Adopt AJMI culture of professionalism, integrity, effectiveness, dynamic, and customer centric attitude contributing to an internal environment of teamwork and promote positive brand image to Customers2. Undertake relevant training and personal development course as mapped by HR Department3. Comply with any specific responsibilities necessary as outlined by HR Department and ensure keep up to date with developments in these areas * Continuous Improvement1. Assist in creating sustainable improvements in Recruitment and Training L&D2. Proactive in providing development especially in Sales skills for fellow Sales Team in respective banking region assigned * Measuring and Reporting1. Periodic reporting to Head of L&D and Sales Development Unit Head on HNW Skills of FS/IS and also on Trainer’sHow will you create impact?By delivering quality training and development of materials that will meet each bank standard criteria.What motivates you?

What we are looking for
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience as Sales Trainer
  • Proven Knowledge in Wealth Management and/or Financial Planning (Certification will be a great Bonus)
  • Experience in delivering Insurance Sales Training
  • Great Communication, especially to Peers, manager level and above
  • Sales Experience in selling Insurance and Training Delivery Experience are crucial
  • Proven Team Work & Self Management Skills
  • Ability to deliver training and create Training materials is a must
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Investment Management/Analysis Skills (Certification will be a great Bonus)
