It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!Job DescriptionCampaign Strategy & ExecutionAssist in the end-to-end campaign lifecycle for Accommodation product, including planning, configuration, and execution.Collaborate with the Product, Marketing, and Partner Management teams to develop compelling campaign propositions tailored for Accommodation partners.Coordinate campaign merchandising and ensure proper placement of accommodation deals, bundles, and tactical promotions across the platform.Performance Tracking & AnalysisMonitor daily/weekly campaign performance (GMV, transactions, CVR, traffic) and generate actionable insights.Identify performance gaps, trends, and customer behavior within Accommodation campaigns.Provide regular reports and recommendations to stakeholders to improve ROI and partner visibility.Stakeholder CollaborationWork with Partner Acquisition & Account Management teams to secure attractive accommodation deals for campaigns.Align with Channel Marketing (SEM, Display, Owned Media, Affiliate) to optimize campaign exposure and targeting.Collaborate with Data & Analytics team for testing and performance uplift measurement.Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field
  • 3 years experience in campaign management, performance marketing, or merchandising, product marketing (preferably in OTA, e-commerce, or digital marketplace)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with good project management and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
