  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT services sales, including consulting, professional services, support, or cloud solutions sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas for complex service offerings.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and Oracle solutions-including cloud, hybrid, multi-cloud architectures and SaaS.
  • Familiarity with professional services, managed services models, IT outsourcing, and service delivery frameworks (e.g., ITIL, DevOps).
  • Technically savvy, with a strong grasp of technology adoption trends and exposure to enterprise architecture principles. Capable of translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Possesses strong consultative selling skills and the ability to influence key decision-makers across all organizational levels, including CxOs.
  • Proficient in developing account plans, building pipeline, and executing services-led sales strategies-across both new and existing accounts in defined geographies, industries, or channels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities, particularly in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across sales, pre-sales, delivery, and product teams within a matrixed organization.
  • Comfortable managing long and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Global account or key account director experience is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in structuring and closing managed services or IT outsourcing deals is a plus.
Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:1. Achieve Sales Targets and Drive Business Growth. Take full ownership booking targets for Customer Success Services (CSS). Plan, build and and execute strategic account and territory plans to generate qualified pipeline, accelerate deal progression, and consistently achieve assigned target.2. Develop and Maintain Strategic Customer Relationships. Establish and nurture strong, constructive relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, while positioning Oracle as a long-term strategic partner.3. Identify Customer IT Challenges and Transformation Opportunities. Lead engagement with customer to understand their IT operations, support needs, and digital transformation objectives. Uncover gaps and challenges in their current environment where CSS offerings can deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, agility, and performance.4. Proposes CSS solutions to address customer's business/IT problems. Create and present customized service solutions-including managed services, mission-critical support, training, and advisory services-that address specific customer needs. Clearly articulate the value, and differentiation.5. Leverage Global and Local Expertise to Develop Scalable Solution. Collaborate with regional/global CSS pre-sales teams and other supporting organization to develop scalable, customer-centric solutions. Ensure alignment with Oracle's delivery capabilities and customer success objectives.6. Drive Cross-Line-of-Business Collaboration. Work seamlessly across Oracle Lines of Business, to embed CSS within comprehensive Oracle-led solutions.
