The Guest Experience Supervisor at AYANA Komodo ensures excellent guest experiences by leading the guest Experience team, managing VIP services, and handling guest requests promptly. This role coordinates closely with hotel departments to maintain smooth operations and uphold high service standards, contributing to guest satisfaction and loyalty.Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily guest Experience operations, including handling VIP arrivals, guest requests, and complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel features, services, and events to provide accurate information and personalized guest assistance.
  • Coordinate with various hotel departments and external vendors to fulfill guest needs and special requests efficiently.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise the guest Experience team, ensuring proper training, assignments, and performance management.
  • Prepare and submit reports on guest Experience activities, guest preferences, and operational updates to management.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role at with strong knowledge of guest service standards and hospitality operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional language abilities are an advantage.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide, train, and motivate team members effectively.
  • Proficient in using OPERA and familiar with other hotel-related software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and time management abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality service
