Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading alcohol beverage company seeking a dedicated and hands-on Operations Supervisor to be based in Bali. This pivotal role will be stationed at the co-packer facility and is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring alignment with the company's standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in beverage or FMCG manufacturing, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of production processes, particularly in spirits or similar categories.Key Responsibilities:

Co-Packer Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the co-packer. Ensure smooth execution of production schedules and adherence to brand and operational standards.
Production Oversight: Supervise the full manufacturing process-handling both wet and dry goods-and ensure seamless blending, bottling, and packaging operations.
Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC): Enforce quality standards with a focus on sensory indicators such as color, aroma, and taste to maintain product consistency.
Blending Process Expertise: Apply technical knowledge in blending to maintain recipe integrity for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic formulations.
Operational Excellence: Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and refine SOPs, optimize productivity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Compliance & Safety: Uphold strict compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all production activities.
