• Developing and implementing project management frameworks and methodologies to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Coordinating cross-departmental projects to align with organisational goals and objectives.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and providing solutions to ensure successful delivery.
• Analysing data and generating reports to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Act as a bridge between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and follow-through on key initiatives.
• Managing project budgets and resources effectively to maximise outcomes.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements within the industry.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA certification is advantageous.
• At least 3 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or founder's office roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to develop commercial or financial models and generate data-driven insights.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Technologically proficient, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
