Plan, organize, control and manage all Emergency Department operational activities and collaborate with related work units/departments to prepare emergency operational and development strategy plans so that they can be implemented properly and correctly in accordance with applicable regulations.
Monitor the EWS, Codeblue, Emergency trolley running well in the hospital and coordinate once every 3 months and monitor the Code Stroke team so that it runs well by holding coordination meetings once a month
Responsible for response time, ambulance operations and ensuring that Medical Evacuation services run well
Audit the stock and use of consumables and medicines in Emergency and be responsible for the balance of consumables and medicines
Carry out coaching and development and prepare education and training program plans for Emergency doctors/staff through collaboration in coordination with Human Capital and conducting mock drills/videos at least once a month
Bachelor Degree from General medicine who has completed a Non-Permanent Employee (PTT) or Internship
General medicine who has completed a Non-Permanent Employee (PTT) or Internship
Have minimum 3 years experience as Resident Medical Officer in Emergency Department.
Extensive knowledge and experience in emergency medicine, including the ability to manage acute and critical cases.
Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics, patient outcomes, and incident reports to drive improvement.
Ability to make critical decisions quickly and effectively in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
