• Lead and manage the Engineering Department to ensure efficient daily operations, preventive maintenance, and emergency responsiveness for all hotel systems and facilities.
• Oversee annual budgeting, monitor POMEC costs, and control expenses related to maintenance, utilities, and projects while ensuring cost efficiency.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and supervise both internal and external repair work across the property.
• Ensure compliance with safety, fire protection, and environmental regulations, including training team members on related procedures.
• Monitor and reduce energy and water consumption annually through operational initiatives and equipment optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field from a reputable university.
• 2 years of experience as Chief Engineering in a 5-star hotel or equivalent role in a large property.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance and oversee large-scale engineering operations.
• Technical expertise in handling electrical, mechanical systems, and proficiency in using testing and measurement instruments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with solid communication abilities to engage with internal teams and external vendors.
