Manage Leasing contracts and agreements with 3rd parties to preserve the interest of the company;
Corporate Actions - ensuring all documents are in line with the corporate actions' plan
Manage and groom a team of Legal Associates by ensuring their work quality and engagement
Correspond with other departments to ensure compliance and work standard
Other legal-related tasks as discussed with the Chief of Legal

Leading player in the Property sector|Backed by established Investment Management Company

Possess Legal Degree with 5-8 years of professional experience in the Property background (Leasing Expertise as in-house Lawyer is a MUST)
Excellent proficiency in English is a MUST given the exposure to multinational stakeholders
Solid leadership exposure and proven experience in nurturing a team
Self-driven and proactive approach in doing work
Able to deliver constructive feedback in an assertive manner
